These products are sold strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are NOT drugs, supplements, food, or medical devices, and are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any form of administration. By purchasing, you accept all terms below.
Service Charges
A service fee of $20 applies to every block of up to 4 units ordered. The fee scales with the total number of units in your order:
1–4 units: $20 · 5–8 units: $40 · 9–12 units: $60 · 13–16 units: $80
and an additional $20 for every further block of 4 units thereafter.
Shipping Process
Orders are placed on the first business day of each new month, shipping from China. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery once an order has been placed. Orders received after the monthly placement date will be included in the following month's order.
1. Research Use Only
All products offered by the Seller are intended exclusively for licensed laboratory research and analytical purposes. None of the products have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for safety or efficacy. No product is sold as, or intended to be used as, a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or article intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
2. No Human or Animal Use
The buyer expressly agrees that the products will NOT be administered to, consumed by, or used on or in any human or animal under any circumstances. The buyer represents that they are a qualified researcher or are acquiring the products on behalf of a research entity, and that the products will be handled only by persons trained in safe laboratory practices.
3. Assumption of Risk
The buyer knowingly and voluntarily assumes any and all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of the products. The buyer acknowledges that the properties and effects of research compounds may be unknown, unpredictable, or hazardous. Any decision to use, administer, or otherwise handle the products in any manner — including any use beyond approved in-vitro research — is made solely and entirely at the buyer's own risk and discretion.
4. Buyer Responsibility for Administration
The buyer accepts complete and exclusive responsibility for any use, misuse, administration, or self-administration of the products. The Seller does not provide and has not provided any dosing, medical, clinical, or usage instructions of any kind. Any harm, injury, illness, adverse reaction, loss, or death resulting from the use or administration of the products is the sole responsibility of the buyer and any third party involved, and never the responsibility of the Seller.
5. No Warranties
The products are provided "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, purity, identity, potency, or suitability for any use. No advice or information, whether oral or written, creates any warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind arising out of or related to the products or their purchase, handling, or use — including personal injury, illness, or death — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The buyer's sole and exclusive remedy, and the Seller's entire aggregate liability, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller and its owners, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the buyer's purchase, possession, handling, use, misuse, administration, or distribution of the products, or any breach of these terms.
8. Legal Compliance
The buyer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of the products in the buyer's jurisdiction. The buyer represents that they are of legal age (18 or older) and legally permitted to purchase these products where they reside.
9. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and the Seller regarding the products and supersede any prior understandings. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. By proceeding, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above.
